职责描述： 1. Be responsible for the construction, implementation and team management of the production management system of the manufacturing department. 2. Organize the formulation and implementation of business planning, operation strategy and management indicators of the manufacturing department. 3. Be responsible for daily production management, including information management, cost management, quality management, Ｏn-site management, technology management and continuous improvement. 4. Responsible for lean production planning and implementation. 5. Cooperate with relevant departments in product design, production line planning, process improvement, quality and efficiency improvement. 任职要求： 1. Bachelor degree or above, mechanical and electrical engineering, industrial engineering, information automation, chemical engineering and other related professional background, overseas study experience is preferred. 2. More than 10 years working experience in manufacturing, including more than 3 years working experience in the same position. Lithium battery, overseas working experience is preferred. 3. Iatf16949 and ISO9001 auditor qualification, lean production and Six Sigma project experience is preferred. 4. Proficient in German or English, German or English can be used as the working language.
