Responsibilities： (I) Implement Chinese accounting standards and the group's internal accounting system and financial discipline, and form financial data in the host country to meet the regulatory requirements of the host country; (2) To establish and improve the financial system and be responsible for the daily accounting and financial management of the enterprise; (3) Establish effective internal accounting control system, exercise financial supervision power Ｏn behalf of the international company, and participate in enterprise operation decisions; (4) To be responsible for organising the external audit work of the enterprise; (5) Participate in market operation plan setting and project investment management; (6) To organize the preparation of annual financial budgets and final accounts; (7) Responsible for the operation and financial support of the unit; (8) Audit and reasonably control costs and expenses; (9) To be responsible for the financial business guidance, supervision, budget, funds, examination and approval, assessment and other work of the subordinate branches of the unit; (10) To be responsible for internal operation fund raising application and suggestions Ｏn capital injection; (11) Responsible for tax planning and implementation ; (12) Strengthen the management of assets of enterprises, establish a financial early-warning mechanism, ensure the safety and integrity of state-owned assets and improve the efficiency of the use of assets; (13) Responsible for coordinating with financial institutions, finance and taxation and other external cooperation or regulatory authorities to ensure a good external environment for enterprise operation; (14) Analyse business activities and put forward management suggestions; (15) Responsible for building the financial team ; (16) Other work required by the company . Requirements： (1) Having high moral accomplishment and professional quality. (2) Bachelor degree or above, with the professional knowledge and skills required for financial management, and at least five years of financial experience. (3) Applicants should have proficiency English communication skill in both Reading, Writing and Speaking. (4) Intermediate accountant or above, or financial professional registration qualification (CPA, ACCA) or corresponding technical qualification is preferred; (5) Willing to take long-term overseas work.
