职责描述： This position requires an individual experienced in the development of NPD/ODM　projects, preferably Adaptor and charger devices, with direct responsibility in anaging NPD/ODM projects. The role also includes direct responsibility in the supervision of personnel in the areas of project, design, testing and other technical aspects. Candidate must have expertise in digital and analog circuit design, power conversion, PCBA layout, FPGA based DSP, IP core integration and VDHL programming, EC/UL compliance, RF energy, EMC emissions/compliance, formative and summative usability testing, and system engineering. A strong understanding of physics and electrical engineering fundamentals is required. Work cross-functionally with senior management in other departments to support business cost reduction • Manage entire Engineering division within the group (approximately 180 staffs) to obtain overall process / budget improvements. • Work cross-functionally with Senior management in other departments to support business cost reduction • Proven ability to build and grow engineering teams and set up R&D division across Asia pacific such as Singapore and Japan. • Responsible for product design and Assembly drawings for OEM and ODM products • Coordinate with US/Europe customers Ｏn DFM (Design for Manufacturing) for OEM and ODM products, ensure that customer quality specifications are constantly met • Plan, priorities and manage multiple engineering projects from conceptual development to handover, within budget, Ｏn time, safety and of the required quality • Ensure project compliance with corporate policy and guideline. Evaluate, and authorize changes that significantly impact the scope budget or timeline of a project • Provide engineering support to tooling department, production engineering and design verification.Participate in root cause analysis and problem solving process for design related issues and prepare related technical documents. • Continuously suggest reengineering improvements for product cost down and re-design 任职要求： • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent is required (MSEE and PE preferred) • Minimum 10 years working experiences in consumer electronics OEM/ODM products • Minimum 10 years working experiences in top tier EMS manufacturing production workshops • Experience with high-speed digital hardware design.Degree holder in Electrical Engineering or related discipline • Working knowledge of UL, IEC, and CE Requirements is a plus. • Must have Good knowledge of innovative design solutions, AC Adapter & Charger, PCBA application, Led Lighting and Smart Home appliance. • Experience with New Products Development and New product Introduction (Led lighting & Smart Home appliance) • Responsible for Product design and assembly drawings for OEM and ODM products • Strong background in Asia manufacturing ecosystem and strong problem solving skills. • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated commitment to staff development through mentoring and coaching • Fluent of spoken and written English and Mandarin; Cantonese is preferred but not compulsory • Station in Donggua, Vietnam, or else worldwide.
