Currently we are looking for a finance manager to join our Germany subsidiary, located in Munich, this role will also work as a finance business partner to drive the business growth. Job Responsibilities: 1. Budget management: overall responsible for annual budget preparation of ROGOL Germany, monthly review and timely warning the budget implementation. 2. Business support: deeply understand the business, provide valuable analysis and constructive suggestion to support business decision-making and continuous improvement . 3. Tax management: assist tax agent to submit the tax return Ｏn a timely basis, ensure accuracy and compliance. 4. Accounting: work with tax agent to complete the Datev monthly financial report, support headquarters finance team for monthly closing, and any ad hoc tasks as required. 5. Risk control:effectively controlfinancial risks and related costs through the examination and approval of expense and contracts. Qualification: 1. Bachelor degree or above in finance, accounting related major. 2. 5 years qualification work experience in tax or accounting, finance business partner experience is preferred. 3. Highly analytical, detail oriented and strong business sense; proven ability to manage new ideas and creative solutions 4. Fluent in both Germany and English 5. Integrity,responsible, proactive and able to work under pressure.
